The Reward of Ownership (and the WorkThat Comes With It)
Owning property is one of the most rewarding investments you can make, but as any homeowner knows, the "to-do" list is never truly finished. Whether it’s a driveway that washes out every spring, a backyard that stays soggy long after the rain stops, or a growing pile of debris that you just haven't had the time to haul away—there is always something that needs to be done.
When I chose the name Paul Grinold Site Services (PGSS), I kept it broad for a reason. Every property is unique, and every owner faces a different set of challenges. I chose that name because what I do—at the moment, just me—is help customers solve problems, and each one is unique.
A Focus on Solutions, Not Just Tasks
My goal isn't just to "move dirt"; it’s to help you solve those specific problems so you can get back to enjoying your land. Some problems may require specialized equipment, where others may be as simple as picking up junk from an old house and hauling it to the dump.
One of the most important promises I make to my clients is this: I will not take on a project that I am not equipped to handle. Some problems will certainly be beyond the scope or skillset of what I can do at the moment, and in that case, I will refer you to someone who can best handle your problem. You can rest assured I will not take on a project I am not equipped to handle.
What PGSS Can Do For You Right Now
Since I am a new business and it's just me, here are some things PGSS can do for you right now:
Small Structure Demolition: Do you have an old, decaying shed, a collapsed outbuilding, or a small structure that’s just taking up space? I can safely tear it down, break it up, and haul away the debris to give you a clean slate.
Site Prep & Leveling: I can level out an area and prep it for an above-ground pool or maybe a shed, barn, or other small structure.
Driveway Grading: I can regrade your driveway and add new material, making it look great while providing optimum drainage.
Water Management: I can install swales and French drains to move water out of low spots on your property.
Trenching: I can trench utilities for a pool, pole barn, or even drainage for gutters.
Selective Clearing: I can clear areas on your property. While I’m not a full-scale tree service, I am insured to handle trees under 16 inches in diameter and can cut them down or dig them and push them over with my mini-excavator.
Stump Removal: I can remove stumps big or small, or grind and repurpose the wood chips for you.
New Tree Planting: After clearing or stump removal, I can professionally plant new trees to restore your landscape.
Material Delivery: I can deliver just about any material you can think of—stone, mulch, fertilized garden soil, or even a giant statue of Bigfoot.
Hauling & Junk Removal: Sometimes the best thing you can do for your property is clear it out. I can haul your junk away for you and take it to the dump.Let's Solve It Together
